Tell us what guests need to know.

This request starts a done-for-you beta setup. It is not an instant finished guidebook. Share enough context for a strong first draft, and leave private codes or passwords blank if you prefer.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Everything sensitive, including door codes and WiFi passwords, is optional and can be collected after we confirm your setup.

Property basics

What do you call it? For example: Echo House or The Mountain Cabin.

Used to orient directions and local recommendations. We will not publish the exact address without confirmation.

Optional, but helpful if your Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct booking page already explains the property.

Optional. Send it if you already have a PDF, Google Doc, Notion page, or web guide.

Guidebook goals

For example: fewer check-in messages, clearer hot tub rules, better local recommendations, or a cleaner welcome experience.

List the questions guests ask most often. This helps us shape the first draft.

Access and check-in

Optional for now. Share timing and non-sensitive steps if they are ready. Leave private door codes or lockbox codes blank.

Include non-sensitive steps, photos to take later, or quirks. Private codes can wait.

WiFi

Optional. Add the network name if it is safe to share now. The password can be left blank until follow-up.

House notes

List your rules, one per line. We will format them into guest-friendly sections.

Local recommendations

Share what you would tell a friend. Names, quick notes, and practical tips are enough for the first draft.

Anything else

Parking, trash, hot tub, appliances, pets, neighborhood quirks, or anything else guests should know.
